So many last times.

The last time I take my tape downstairs.
The last time I check the BBC2 reception.
The last time I tune the VCR to BBC2.
The last time I watch over an hour's worth 
of rubbish before, just in case they run a 
trailer or it starts early.
The last time I dash downstairs and hit record 
and dash back upstairs screaming "GETOUTOFMYWAYNOW!" 
before I miss anything.
The last time a new story unfolds in my own room.
